I’m a behavioral scientist specializing in techniques that improve relationships and holistic health. My approach is unique in that I blend science from a number of different disciplines with years of empirical experience studying and working with people on their relationships and personal well being.

My interest in these areas led me to a B.S in Cognitive Science and then an M.S. in Human Factors. I’m a certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach (Chek HLC 1), and in 2011 I formally launched “Taylored Life,” offering lifestyle services to people using the techniques I have learned and created along the way.

Since 2013, I’ve also coached people through technology, creating positive lifestyle behaviors for digital applications. I’ve worked with major companies like Atkins and Phillips as well as fitness clubs and corporate wellness programs to create positive lifestyle experiences.
